Welcome! My name is Ashley Dilley, and I have the joy of serving as the Director of Little Arrows Preschool, a ministry of Steele Creek Church.

My husband, Marcus, and I have three children — Liberty, Honor, and Justus — so I understand what a sacred gift it is to entrust your child to the care of others during these precious early years.

I have spent many years serving children and families through church ministry, school leadership, family support, and community connection. Through each role, my heart has remained the same: to help children and families feel known, loved, valued, and genuinely welcomed.

At Little Arrows Preschool, our prayer is that every child would feel safe, seen, celebrated, and encouraged as they grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. It is a privilege to partner with families as we help raise little arrows who are rooted in Love, growing in Faith, and learning to Live on Target for Him.
